Hey guys! So I’ve really been trying hard to work out this week. I’ve done pretty good. According to SparkTeens I’ve spent 216 minutes exercising and I’ve burned 1997 calories this week so far. I think that’s great! I’ve been caving in to my cravings though. Which is bad. Somehow I finally managed to start dropping the number on the scale. The last time I weighed myself I was 136.4 (after school today) and I’ve been stuck at 139-142 this past month. So I was pleased by that. I’ve also lost an inch from my thighs and hips, and half an inch from my upper arms. Seriously, this feels great. The best part? Lots of people are saying that I’m looking skinnier. Hello? This is amazing! It’s seriously my motivation to keep going.
xxoo,
Claire.
So I just had my first run like 20 minutes ago. I ran .8 miles in 6 minutes about. Considering that I used to have 14 minute miles in elementary and middle school gym class I consider this fabulous! I’m so proud of myself. :)
